This lightweight aluminium wheelset is a must-have for anyone looking for a simple upgrade from OEM wheels. The Ksyrium S Disc can significantly boost the performance of any bike and offers an easy introduction to Mavic quality without compromising on performance.

The Ksyrium S Disc is 40 g lighter than the previous Ksyrium UST Disc, whilst being more robust and laterally stiffer. Stiffness is optimised by Fore technology. The upper rim remains un-drilled, which optimises strength and stiffness, and no rim tape is required, saving a further 30 g per wheel. The new shape of the rim bed makes it easier to fit and remove tyres, and our UST tubeless technology improves rolling resistance and grip whilst reducing the risk of punctures. These rims are manufactured in France, at our aluminium rim factory.

The new Infinity hub platform optimises stiffness and power transfer with highly controlled spoke tension, whilst the Instant Drive 360 freehub, combined with the automatic bearing preload adjustment (QRM Auto), ensures quick engagement and durability. The Ksyrium S Disc doesn’t just ride fast, it looks fast too. Matt-finished hubs, invisible rim welds and jet-black spokes give this wheelset a premium look that stands out from the crowd. Designed specifically for disc brakes, the wheelset is compatible with a 12x100 axle at the front and a 12x142 axle at the rear, and can be converted to quick-release using the included adapters.

It is available for Shimano and SRAM XD road cassettes and can be converted to Campagnolo with an optional freehub body.
